TRAINING
Deauville training center is located in the center of the city itself. It has various tracks, all renewed recently, including sand, turf and polytrack surfaces.
The obstacles tracks have also been improved and extended recently: dressage arena, hurdles track on sand, steeple-chase track, as well as a brand-new hurdle track on the turf.
BEACH
Our horses go a lot to the beach as well. We prefer to remain prudent and never go fast gallop on the beach, but we use it in order to keep them happy and not bored of the track training, as well as after racing in order to relax. We do hacks along the sea side and of course, we go in the water.
The benefit of it is spectacular on the horse's legs, respiratory system, and on their mind.
STABLES
Our yard is located on the racecourse itself, in a lovely Norman style building, with large boxes for each horse.
Access is very central and foot distance from most of the city center hotels.
Horses have direct access to the training tracks and the beach is only a short distance walk.
EQUIPMENTS
We have an inclinable treadmill which is used as an additional exercise for specific needs (back in shape, build on muscles, muscle relaxation).
Our stable is also equipped with a system of water sprayer in order to maintain a mild temperature in case of high temperatures.
A 24/24 video supervision of our yard is in place.
PADDOCKS
We have paddocks for our horses in training based only 5 minutes drive from the training stables.
We bring there our horses in training on a regular basis, for relax sunny afternoon or sometime for a few days break.
These paddocks are a very important tool in our operation as there are no paddock or freedom area available in Deauville training center, due to lack of space there.
DEAUVILLE
With races and sales all year long, Deauville is the place to be in France for the racing industry as there is always something happening.
Deauville is also a must destination regarding hospitality, with a wide range of hotels and restaurants.
Access is very easy by road (A13 to Paris / A29+A16 to Calais), train (Deauvile-Trouville station), the air (Deauville-Saint Gatien airport) and ferry to Portsmouth (Caen or Le Havre, both 45' from Deauville).
